The Five Stages of Your Journey
Most people try to “fix” one problem at a time, like stress, burnout, conflict, overthinking. The patterns beneath it is never addressed.
My Durable Way coaching framework gives you a clear map. It shows you where you are right now and what needs to shift next so you can move from emotional overload and outdated roles into grounded clarity, energy, and presence. Coaching provides:
A trained mirror: I sees blind spots you cannot see.
A structure: I give you a proven growth sequence—not just talk.
Nervous-system support: I bring my presence to co-regulate so you shift, and stabilize.
Identity evolution: You naturally begin to grow into your true self.
Momentum: I set you up so you don’t get stuck in loops of insight without change, even after coaching ends.
From shedding survival patterns to holding a durable presence, this is how your journey progresses.
Stage 1: Shedding Survival Fears
Theme: Letting go of who you had to be, so you can become who you truly are.
For years, you may have survived by being the fixer, the achiever, the peacemaker, the one who holds everything together. Those roles kept you safe. Now they keep you stuck. In this stage, we expose the outdated role you’ve been playing. And see the underlying driver like fear, shame, or old conditioning, so a true identity can emerge.
You might relate if:
You feel you’re “performing” a version of yourself.
You’re tired of over-functioning or always being “the strong one.”
You sense that the life you’ve built doesn’t fully fit you anymore.
Core shift: From “I must stay safe in this role” → to → “I’m allowed to become more fully myself.”
Stage 2: Building Mindful Awareness
Theme: Seeing what’s really happening inside you.
Once survival mode begins to relax, you can start to see your inner world more clearly. Together, we name the patterns, paradoxes, and origin stories that drive your reactions:
the triggers that drain you
the “double binds” (polarities that pull you)
the old stories your nervous system still believes
You might relate if:
You can see your patterns, but still feel stuck in them.
You feel torn between two truths.
You recognize that your past still quietly shapes your present.
Core shift: From “I don’t know why I’m like this” → to → “I see my patterns and where they came from.”
Stage 3: Developing Regulation
Theme: Building internal stability so you don’t get swept away.
Insight alone doesn’t change how your body reacts when you’re stressed, criticized, or overwhelmed. In this stage, we focus on co-regulation: calming the nervous system. We work on:
recognizing early signs of overwhelm
practicing simple, repeatable regulation tools
learning to hold your own emotions without collapse
setting boundaries that protect your energy
You might relate if:
You get overwhelmed quickly, even when you “know better.”
Stress shows up in your body.
You feel responsible for others’ emotions and struggle to say no.
Core shift: From “My reactions run me” → to → “I can feel a lot and still stay steady.”
Stage 4: Creating Intentionality & Alignment
Theme: Turning inner clarity into outer change.
With more awareness and regulation, you’re ready to reshape how you live, work, and relate. This stage is about:
practicing empathy that doesn’t drain you
communicating clearly, especially in conflict
aligning your behavior with your strengths and values and vision
making decisions from clarity, not from fear or habit
You might relate if:
You want healthier, more honest relationships.
You’re craving more purpose and alignment in your work or life.
You’re ready to make changes, but want guidance and support.
Core shift: From “I react and adjust” → to → “I choose how I show up and where I’m going.”
Stage 5: Experiencing Durable Presence
Theme: Living as your grounded, integrated self.
This is where your work begins to feel like your new normal. You:
design your life to prevent burnout, not just recover from it
protect your rest, energy, and attention
feel more at home in your own skin
show up with a calm, confident presence that others can feel
You might relate if:
You want sustainable growth, not another boom-and-bust cycle.
You’re ready to embody your power without pushing or proving.
You want your presence to have a grounding and positive impact on others.
Core shift: From “I’m trying to hold it together” → to → “I’m grounded, clear, and durable.”
Where Are You in the Journey?
Most clients recognize themselves in more than one stage—but there’s usually one that feels strongly.
If you feel trapped in old roles, you’re in Stage 1.
If you see your patterns but can’t shift them, you’re in Stage 2.
If you’re overwhelmed or dysregulated, you’re in Stage 3.
If you’re ready to change how you relate and lead, you’re in Stage 4.
If you want sustainability and deep integration, you’re in Stage 5.
Coaching gives you structure, tools, and support to move through each stage with more ease and clarity.
Current news sources indicate that many people feel existentially unmoored—burnout, climate anxiety, political instability, personal transitions.
For them, energy healing offers both a spiritual story (“you are connected to universal energy”) and an experiential practice (hands-on or distant sessions) that can produce felt shifts, whether or not one believes in the mechanism.
