Terms of Service

1. Services Overview

We provide executive and leadership coaching through virtual or in-person sessions.

Coaching is a collaborative process and is neither therapy nor medical advice.

2. Booking and Payments

Sessions are booked via Calendly or Acuity and paid through Square. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged. Fees charged by third parties for assessments are your sole responsibility.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, missed sessions are charged in full.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results; coaching outcomes depend on client engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.dineshneelay.com is owned by Dinesh Neelay Executive Coaching and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services or website.

8. Release and Waiver: You hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge uss from any and all claims, suits, actions, demands, liabilities, or rights to compensation for damages, losses or injuries of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that may be alleged to have arisen out of or in any way relate to either our or your acts or omissions in connection with our services.

8.1 California Civil Code Section 1542 Waiver: You expressly understand and agree that they are waiving all rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”

Accordingly, the foregoing Release and Waiver applies to all claims of every nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected.

8.2 No Reliance; “As-Is” Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and agree that, except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, it has not received and is not relying on any representations, warranties, guarantees, projections or statements, written or oral, made by any of us. All Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any other warranties or assurances.

9. Privacy

Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California.

11. Updates

We may update these terms periodically, and the latest version will be posted online.
